The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for the consulting, project management, design and delivery of sales compensation audits and plans. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and business acumen. Industry experience in Financial Services, Telecom, or Manufacturing and Distribution is an asset. The background for this position requires 5 - 10 years in a sales environment with direct experience in the design, development and implementation of sales compensation programs for both field sales and sales management positions.
